They did their job and I can appreciate that. My former dental office ended up charging me for a service rendered that I didn't approve of, so I am satisfied with the service and care I received. The hygienists that worked on me, were so sweet. Receptionists helped me out. I got a basic check up and no one was trying to upsell me on anything. The doctor did recommend I get a mouthguard, but definitely didn't push that on me. Easy and quick!

Nobody likes going to the dentist. But Dr Khoshsar is one of the best I've been to. He's honest, reasonable, thorough, and he does a pretty good job with his numbing injections! Got a cleaning done by his lovely staff-I recommend Ladan, she's very nice. As a plus, this is one of the most beautiful dentist offices you will ever visit!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you use Listerine after oral surgery?
The salt water can be made with one glass of warm water and one teaspoon of salt. Do not use mouthwash, Listerine, peroxide or other oral rinses for the first 3-4 weeks. Do not smoke for at least 4-5 days after your procedure since it is very detrimental to the healing process.
What should I rinse my mouth with after oral surgery?
Keep your mouth clean.

After 24 hours have passed, rinse gently with warm salt water (one teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water) four times a day. Be sure to rinse after every meal and snack, making sure that the water removes any bits of food around the surgical area.

How long does it take your mouth to heal after oral surgery?
Typically, your oral surgeon will ask that you at least take about 48-72 hours to relax afterward so the treatment area is allowed to clot. After that, a patient should be able to return to normal physical activity. The soft tissue will usually fully heal in about 3-4 weeks.
How long will I have pain?
The amount of discomfort you have will depend on how extensive your surgery was. It is not uncommon to have some level of discomfort for at least a week or 2 after surgery. Remember it does take between 12–18 weeks for the areas to completely heal.
Should my breath smell after tooth extraction?
Experiencing bad breath after wisdom teeth removal is quite common. In most cases, this happens while your body heals. In the first few days after the procedure, there may be extra bleeding. This may cause an unpleasant taste and odor in your mouth.
Is oral surgery considered major surgery?
Oral procedures may be minor and major in nature. Minor oral surgeries are more routine and are performed easily; major oral surgeries are more comprehensive.
How long do stitches stay in mouth?
When do the stitches come out? Most sutures will dissolve or fall out on their own within 2–7 days following surgery. Some types of sutures may take 2 weeks or more to dissolve. Your surgeon or nurse will tell you which type of suture was used during your particular procedure.
I am still bleeding, what should I do?
Some oozing or bleeding from the surgical site may occur for up to 48–72 hours following your surgery. If the bleeding seems heavy you can take folded gauze sponges or moistened regular (not decaf or herbal) tea bags wrapped in gauze and place them over the bleeding site. Bite down firmly for 1 hour without changing. Repeat the procedure if bleeding continues. Continuous pressure controls bleeding. Please call our office if the bleeding continues despite these measures
Why do I have a hole in my mouth? How long will it be there?
This is the area where the tooth was removed, the socket. The socket will close in approximately 12–18 weeks. It is important for you to keep the socket clean and free of food debris while it is healing. 24 hours after surgery you may resume normal tooth brushing and begin gently rinsing your mouth with warm salt water.
